1. The service

Graz Content Hub is a publishing workflow operated by Precision Products Group, doing business as NV Products and Golf Pong. It helps authorized users prepare, schedule, publish, and track original social content through connected third-party platforms.

2. Authorized use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining account security, reviewing requested permissions, and promptly revoking access for anyone who should no longer use the service.

3. Content and approvals

You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the rights, licenses, releases, and permissions needed to upload and publish it, including rights to music, people, trademarks, and locations shown in the content.

Marking an item Ready to Stage or approving a scheduled batch authorizes Graz Content Hub to transfer and publish that item using its configured date, time, account, caption, and settings. You remain responsible for the final content and platform settings.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized content; evade platform safeguards; manipulate engagement; distribute malware; or interfere with the service or connected platforms.

5. Third-party platforms

Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, TikTok, and other connected services operate under their own terms, policies, limits, reviews, and availability. Graz Content Hub does not control their approval decisions, moderation, ranking, processing time, outages, or feature changes.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with platform requirements, or improve reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted publishing. Failed or delayed posts will be surfaced when the platform provides usable status information.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access when necessary to protect accounts, connected platforms, or the service; respond to a legal requirement; or address a violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and revoke connected access at any time.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost reach, lost revenue, or platform actions arising from use of the service.
