PRIVACY POLICY
Clear permissions. Limited use.
Effective August 6, 2026
1. Who operates Graz Content Hub
Graz Content Hub is operated by Precision Products Group, doing business as NV Products and Golf Pong (collectively, “Golf Pong,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers the Graz Content Hub website, account connections, and publishing services.
2. Information we process
We process only the information needed to authenticate authorized users, prepare approved content, publish it, and report its status:
- Connected account identifiers, profile or channel names, and basic account information returned by Google/YouTube, Meta/Instagram, and TikTok.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens issued after an authorized user approves a platform consent screen.
- Videos, captions, titles, tags, publishing settings, schedule dates, and status information selected for publishing.
- Files and calendar rows from the specific Google Drive folders and Google Sheets configured for the service.
- Operational records such as upload results, platform post identifiers, error messages, timestamps, and security logs.
We do not request or store social account passwords. We do not access private messages, address books, or advertising accounts unless this policy and the platform consent screen are updated first.
3. How we use information
We use connected account data only to provide the visible publishing workflow: authenticate the authorized account, validate and transfer approved media, schedule or publish posts, check processing status, return live URLs, prevent duplicate publishing, maintain security, and troubleshoot errors.
We do not sell connected account data, use it for advertising, build advertising profiles, or use it to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models.
4. Google API data
Graz Content Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the user-facing connection, Drive/Sheets intake, YouTube upload, scheduling, and status features described here.
5. How information is shared
We send content and the minimum required metadata to the platform selected by the authorized user. We may use service providers for secure hosting, storage, monitoring, and media transfer. They may process information only to provide services to us and are subject to contractual and legal safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
6. Storage, security, and retention
Authorization tokens and secrets are encrypted or stored in protected service environments with access limited to the publishing system. Media may be cached temporarily to complete a transfer and retry interrupted uploads. Temporary copies are deleted after successful transfer or when no longer needed for a pending retry. Scheduling metadata and operational logs are retained only while needed to operate, audit, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed.
7. Your choices and deletion
You can revoke a platform connection from that platform’s security settings. You may also request disconnection or deletion of account data by following our Data Deletion instructions. Revocation stops new API access but does not remove content already published to a platform; published content must be managed on that platform.
8. Children
Graz Content Hub is a business publishing tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
